The birth certificate and a sworn affidavit was submitted as evidence in a court in Calif when Judge Carter was going to allow the case to go to court. Lucas also filed a sworn affidavit. Judge Carter eventually tossed the case because of no jurisdiction .Here is a video of them at the courthouse:
